Time is one of our most valuable asset. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives the day spa enough time to fill the slot. “No shows” and late cancellations will be charged in full for the treatment scheduled. We require a valid credit card when you initially book your appointment; this is to hold the appointment against our cancellation policy.
Payment & Returned Checks
Spa Marina Del Mar accepts all major credit cards, checks and cash payment. If a check is refused by the bank, we will assess a $25 service charge.
Communicating your preferences
All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste:
Amount of light, kind (volume or absence) of music, temperature of room and heating blanket, strength of touch and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want the therapist to adjust to your preferences please let her know. Your professional satisfaction is our highest goal.

The therapist and aesthetician are here solely to rejuvenate your appearance and to improve your health, body and psyche. If a therapist ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, they are authorized to stop the treatment immediately.
